The Kelly Ford Advantage is complimentary with every new or pre-owned vehicle purchased or leased from Kelly Ford, with the exception of as-is vehicles. 3 DAY LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT: Customer is free to exchange any new vehicle purchased or leased from Kelly Ford for any other vehicle from dealer stock. Customer must return the vehicle within 3 days with no more than 100 additional miles on the odometer from time of delivery. Vehicle must have no modifications, damage, or alterations from its condition when delivered. Excludes heavy trucks, commercial, and as-is vehicles. OIL CHANGES: Limited to new vehicle purchases for the first 3 years. Includes 2 oil changes per year: oil, filter, and labor. CAR WASH: Available with every service visit. LOANER CARS: Reservation is required for all loaner cars. Vehicles are available on a first-come, first-served basis. SHUTTLE SERVICE: Available with scheduled service within 15 miles of the dealership between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday. ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE: Supplied by the manufacturer for 5 years/60,000 miles, whichever comes first, on new vehicles. Certified pre-owned coverage varies by certification. Services are provided by independent contractors and may be limited based on availability or distance. MULTI-POINT INSPECTION: Available on new and pre-owned vehicles at any time and with every service visit for as long as you own or lease your vehicle. LIFETIME ENGINE WARRANTY: On new cars, backed by the factory for 5 years or 60,000 miles, followed by dealer-backed warranty coverage. ALIGNMENT CHECKS: Ford factory covers the first 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the warranty start date, followed by dealer-backed warranty coverage.
